The 26th Ngee Ann National Teochew Artists’ Exhibition 2024

Rules & Regulations

1.

The participant must be of Teochew origin, based on paternal lineage.

2.

Each Invited Artist is allowed to submit ONE artwork ONLY, completed within the last 6 years.

3.

Items to be submitted include: Entry form, one high-resolution passport-size portrait photo of the participant, and one high-resolution photo of the artwork. 

4.

The organiser reserves the right to reject or decline any application without citing any reason.

5.

The organiser reserves the right to reproduce and/or edit the photos of artworks for marketing purposes. Additionally, the organizer will disclose certain contact information (such as a general email address) of participating artists in e-booklets.

SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK

Please submit your physical artwork to Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) on 5 November 2024 (Tue), 9am – 1pm.

Late submission will not be accepted.

OPENING CEREMONY

8.

NACC will be sending the invitation letter to all participating artists, inviting them to attend the Opening Ceremony, which will be held on 19 November 2024 (Tue), 7pm, at The Ngee Ann Kongsi Galleries 1 & 2 of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Campus 1.

DISPLAY OF ARTWORKS

9.

All artworks will be exhibited from 20 November to 1 December 2024 , 11am – 7pm daily (closed on Mondays), at The Ngee Ann Kongsi Galleries 1 & 2 and Lim Hak Tai Gallery of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Campus 1.

10.

While all possible care will be taken for the submitted entries, the Organiser assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the entries before, during and/or after the Exhibition.

RETURN OF ARTWORK

11.

All artworks must be collected on 3 December 2024 (Tue), 9am-1pm, at The Ngee Ann Kongsi Gallery 2 of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Campus 1. Uncollected artworks will be handled by the Organiser as it deems fit.
