The Ngee Ann Kongsi has pledged another S$1.2 million to the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, offering scholarships for undergraduate programmes at NAFA, spanning Fine Art, Biophilic Design, Design Practice, Music and Performance Making.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 12 September 2025, and a cheque presentation ceremony marked the start of this new chapter of support.

From Academic Year 2026/27, each scholarship recipient will receive S$10,000 annually to support their studies, ensuring that talented students can pursue their passions without financial barriers.
In appreciation of the donation from The Ngee Ann Kongsi, Ms Low Sin Leng, NAFA Board Chairman, presented a sculpture by MFA Fine Art student Hans Chew, to Mr Chia Chor Meng, President, The Ngee Ann Kongsi.
