Born in 1957, Mr Seah Liang Bing, PBM is a respected Singaporean photographer with decades of contributions to the regional photography community. He currently serves as President of the Photo-Art Association of Singapore (PAS) and Secretary-General of the Federation of Asian Photographic Art (FAPA). A founding member of the Society of Worldwide Ethnic Chinese Photographers, Mr Seah has participated in numerous international exhibitions and exchanges across Asia, and received accolades including the Chinese Art Golden Horse Lifetime Achievement Award. He has been a grassroots leader since 1996 and was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2014 by the President of Singapore for his non-wavering service.
