1. Competition Requirements :
Participants must complete their work on the rice paper provided by the Organiser within the specified timeframe and submit ONE final artwork. Participants may choose their preferred script style.

2. Important Notes:
- Participants are required to report to the registration counter at least 30 minutes before the competition starts. They may enter the competition hall upon completing the registration.
- Only participants are allowed in the hall; non-participants must remain in the designated waiting area.
- Participants may refer to reference materials (e.g. books, mobile apps) before the competition begins. All reference materials are strictly prohibited once the competition starts.
- No discussions are allowed during the competition.
- Participants must complete their work based on the Contest Script provided by the Organiser. Works containing typographical errors will be disqualified.
- Participants must leave a 3 inches margin on the top and the bottom and 2 inches margin on the left and right of the paper for flattening purposes.
- Participants are advised to sign their work by writing their school name, name and the Chinese character “書” or “书” , followed by their seal stamp (if any) at the bottom left corner.
- Participants must attach the entry number post-it note (provided by the Organiser) at the top right corner on the reverse side of their work before submission.
- To avoid disturbing others, participants must leave the hall immediately after submitting their work.
- Failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations will result in disqualification and the participant will be asked to leave the competition hall immediately.
3. Stationary:
- The Organiser will provide ink, the contest script and 2 sheets of unfolded rice papers to each participant.
- Participants are required to bring their own calligraphy brush, ink dish, and practice purpose (if any). They may also bring any necessary stationery if needed.
- During the competition, calligraphy felt mats or papers with printed grids are strictly not allowed.
4. Announcement of Results:
Results will be announced on 17 April 2025 (Thu).

Winners will be notified via official email.
5. All Participating Artworks:
All submitted artworks will become the property of NACC. NACC reserves the right to reproduce, edit or use the artworks in any form for publicity or other necessary purposes.
6. The Organiser and the Judging Panel reserve the right:
- To revoke an award if the winner fails to attend the Award Presentation Ceremony to collect their prize without a valid reason.
- To cancel any award(s) if the final work(s) fails to meet the expectation of the Judging Panel;
- To cancel the event if the number of participants does not meet the expectation of the Organiser;
- To amend the Rules and Regulations of the competition without prior notice;
- To determine the winning entries, and all decisions made by the Judging Panel will be final.
